No. There is no console version of any kind. The game is on PC Game Pass and the Microsoft Store, but both of those are PC channels: you cannot play it on an Xbox console. The platforms page has the full picture.

Is 9 Kings on Game Pass?

Yes, on PC Game Pass. That means the Windows PC version, not a console.

When does the 9 Kings mobile version come out?

October 8, 2026, on iOS and Android the same day, ported by Playdigious. The mobile guide covers pricing, saves and device support.

How many kings are playable in 9 Kings?

All nine. The roster was completed in October 2025 when the King of Time arrived; before that, the King of Nomads joined in August 2025. See the nine kings guide.

What are the unlock conditions for each king?

Each locked king carries a task, like spending 999 gold or killing 9,999 enemy units. The task list is recorded by the community wiki; the mechanism (complete the task, win the run) is official.

How many difficulties does 9 Kings have?

Nine base titles, from Peasant to King, published in the official Patch #17 notes. Above King, the tiers continue as King II, King III and beyond. Full ladder on the difficulties page.

What are the card types in 9 Kings?

Six: Troops, Buildings, Enchantments, Tomes, Towers and Bases. The store page's loose use of the word spells notwithstanding, there is no Spells card type. The cards guide breaks down each type's rules.

How much does 9 Kings cost?

The base price is $19.99, also £17.99, €19.99 and ¥1,980 depending on region. Frequent 50% sales bring it to $9.99, and Sad Socket has said the base price will not rise for 1.0.

Is there a free demo?

Yes, and it is still live on Steam (app ID 3122250), holding an overwhelmingly positive rating of its own. The demo page explains how to get it.

Do Steam saves transfer to mobile?

Not announced. iOS saves sync between iOS devices and Android saves through Google Play Games, but nothing official covers moving a Steam kingdom to your phone. The mobile guide tracks this.

Is there a 1.0 release date?

No. The developers say the 1.0 update is on the way, with no date attached. The release date page tracks every confirmed date that does exist.
